This policy sets out the rules and standards governing artwork creation, file submission, client approval and print production.
Its aim is to guarantee:

• Print quality
• Consistent processes
• Production deadlines being met
• The best possible client experience

We accept files in the following formats:

• PDF (preferred)
• AI, PSD, EPS (with fonts outlined or embedded)
• JPEG, PNG (300 dpi minimum)

Technical requirements:

• CMYK colour mode
• 3 mm bleed
• Minimum resolution of 300 dpi

We offer three levels of service:

• Print-ready file: the client supplies a compliant file.
• Technical adjustment: we correct margins, bleed and colour.
• Custom design: a designer creates the artwork entirely to the client's brief.

👉 All design work is quoted and approved before it begins.

Before anything goes to print, files are:

• Checked by us (resolution, bleed, format, and so on)
• Sent to the client for final approval (by email or through the client portal)

⚠️ No printing starts without the client's express approval.

• Technical check: 24 business hours
• File adjustment: 1 to 2 business days
• Custom design: 3 to 5 business days

⏳ Turnaround starts from receipt of the complete brief and payment.

• 1 to 2 rounds of revisions included for custom design work
• Any further request is billed at the current hourly rate
• Proofreading is the client's responsibility: no claim will be accepted on an approved file

We decline any artwork containing:

• Hateful, racist, sexist or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted images without a licence
• Visuals of insufficient quality or that are illegible

Files created or corrected are kept for 30 days from the print date.
Extended archiving is available on request (paid service).
