Creation Policy

1. 🎯 Objective

This policy defines the rules and standards governing the creation of visuals, sending of files, customer validation and the production of printed materials.
Its aim is to guarantee:

• • The quality of the prints
  • Uniformity of processes
  • Compliance with production deadlines
  • An optimal customer experience

2. 🧾 Types of creations accepted

We accept files in the following formats:

• • PDF (preferred)
  • AI, PSD, EPS (with vectorized or embedded fonts)
  • JPEG, PNG (300 dpi minimum)

Technical requirements:

• • CMYK color mode
  • 3mm bleed
  • Minimum resolution of 300 dpi

3. ✍️ Creation assistance

We offer three levels of service:

• • Print-ready file : the customer provides a compliant file.
  • Technical adjustment : we correct margins, bleeds, colorimetry.
  • Custom creation : a graphic designer designs the visual entirely according to the client's instructions.

👉 All creative work will be subject to a quote to be validated before execution.

4. 🔍 File validation

Before sending to print, the files are:

• • Controlled by us (resolution, bleed, format, etc.)
  • Sent to the client for final validation (by email or via the client interface)

⚠️ No printing will be launched without express validation from the customer.

5. 🕒 Creation deadlines

⏳ Deadlines start from the complete receipt of the brief and payment .

6. 💬 Revisions and validations

• • 1 to 2 round trips included for a custom creation
  • Any additional requests will be billed at the current hourly rate.
  • The client is responsible for proofreading: no complaints will be accepted on a validated file.

7. 🚫 Prohibited content

We refuse any creation containing:

• • Hateful, racist, sexist or discriminatory content
  • Copyrighted images without a license
  • Visuals of insufficient quality or illegible

8. 📁 Archiving

Files created or corrected are kept for 30 days from the date of printing.
On request, extended archiving is possible ( paid service ).

9. 📜 Acceptance

Any order implies full acceptance of this policy.
