Congress
A 10-foot wide lighted wall, a reception counter, and two flags: the complete 10 × 10 stand seen at major trade shows. The wall is visible from one end of the aisle to the other.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Shipping is extra. Graphic design for your visuals is custom-made — ask us for a quote, we'll include it in the project. Packages are adjustable: remove a piece, add a hanging sign, change a format — we'll recalculate. The blue visuals in the photos are examples: your booth will feature your own images.
Why Our Booths Use Dye-Sublimated Fabric
Dye-sublimation isn't a sticker applied to a panel. The ink becomes an integral part of the fabric's fiber. This changes everything — the appearance, transportation, and even your entry rights into the venue.
No Glare, Ever
Vinyl and rigid panels reflect ceiling spotlights directly into your visitors' faces. Dye-sublimated fabric absorbs light instead of reflecting it: your message remains readable under any lighting, and in all the photos people take of your booth.
Vibrant Colors
The ink penetrates the fiber instead of staying on the surface. The result: significantly brighter and deeper colors than traditional printing — and they won't peel, crack, or fade over the years.
NFPA 701 Certified
Our fabrics are NFPA 701 certified — the flame spread test standard required by North American convention centers. This is the first thing checked at the entrance of a convention center, and a booth without a certificate may be denied entry. We provide the certificate upon request, even before your order.
Travels by Plane
The fabric folds into a bag or case supplied with the structure. A complete booth can be checked as luggage — no wooden crates, no specialized carrier, no freight charges. You fly, and your booth flies too.
Tool-Free Assembly
Frames assemble by hand, and the fabric slides into the groove with its silicone edge. A counter can be set up in 10 minutes by a single person. No screwdrivers, no need to pay an on-site assembly team.
Change the Visual, Keep the Structure
New slogan, new product, new brand image? We simply reprint the fabric, and you slide it into the existing frame. This is a fraction of the cost of a new booth — your initial investment lasts for years.
No Creases or Wrinkles
The fabric stretches tight in the frame and returns to its shape after each assembly. Unlike a vinyl banner that retains its folding marks, your booth looks new at the tenth show just as it did at the first. And it's washable.
