Shipping Policy
1. 🚚 Objective
This policy defines the conditions for shipping our printed products in order to guarantee:

- Clear management of customer expectations
- Effective support in the event of a transport incident
2. 🗓️ Processing and production times
The total delivery time includes:

- Creation time (if applicable)

Production time :
- Standard: 2 to 5 working days after validation of the file or BAT
- Express: 24 to 48 hours (subject to availability, with additional cost)
- Shipping time : depends on carrier and destination (see section 4)
ℹ️ Deadlines begin to run from the validation of the file or BAT, as well as payment.
3. 📦 Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport:

- Flat products (cards, flyers): reinforced envelope or rigid cardboard
- Fragile or bulky products (posters, textiles, mugs, etc.): cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, suitable protection
4. 🚛 Delivery methods and costs

✔️ Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering, based on weight, volume, and delivery address.
5. 🌍 Areas served
We currently deliver:

- In mainland France
- In the European Union
- In certain countries outside the EU (on quotation or prior agreement)
6. 📬 Follow-up and reception

- A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
- The customer is responsible for entering their address correctly.
- In case of absence, a calling card will be left by the carrier.
7. ❗ Delays or losses

- We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers after shipment.
- In the event of proven loss or damage:
- An investigation is opened with the carrier
- A solution is offered to the customer (reshipment or refund)
8. 📦 Damaged or non-compliant package
In case of receipt of a product:

- Damaged
- Wet
- Deformed
- Or not in accordance with the order
👉 The customer must contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
9. 🛑 No claim / Return to sender
In the event of a package not claimed within the time limit (relay point or delivery failure) and returned to the sender:

- The customer may request a new shipment, at his expense.
- No automatic refunds will be made.
10. 📜 Acceptance
By confirming their order, the customer accepts all of the conditions defined in this shipping policy.
