This policy governs refund requests in order to guarantee a clear, fair procedure that complies with our quality commitments.
⚠️ As our products are custom-made and printed on demand, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. 📦 Products concerned

Due to their personalized nature, our products cannot be returned for refund in the event of a change of mind by the customer .

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• • Manufacturing error
  • Obvious defect in print quality
  • Product damaged upon delivery
  • Non-compliance with the validated proof (BAT)

3. ❌ Cases not eligible for reimbursement

No refund will be given if:

• • The file provided by the customer contains an error (mistakes, poor resolution, incorrect colors, etc.)
  • The customer validated a BAT containing an error
  • The product has been misused, washed or stored improperly
  • The production or delivery time was exceeded by less than 7 working days

4. 🔁 Claim deadline

The customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to report a problem and request a refund or reprint.

The request must be made:

  • By attaching clear photos of the product and packaging
  • By specifying the order number and a detailed description of the problem

5. 🔍 Verification

Each request is analyzed by our quality team. We reserve the right to:

• • Request additional information
  • Refuse reimbursement if responsibility for the error is not proven

6. 💰 Refund terms

If the request is validated, the customer will be able to choose between:

• • A full or partial refund using the same payment method as the order
  • A free reprint of the product
  • A credit note valid for 6 months on our store

7. 📦 Return of goods

In some cases, we may require the return of defective products before issuing a refund.
➡️ Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the error is confirmed.

8. 📜 Acceptance

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of the conditions defined in this refund policy.
