Placed in front of a window or on a lit base, the light passes through the crystal, making the engraving stand out as if it were floating.

It's not acrylic

K9 crystal is a high-ppurity, lead-free optical glass—the same material used for lenses and high-end trophies. It is immediately distinguishable from plastic:

• It has weight—crystal is almost twice as dense as acrylic. You can feel it in your hand.
• It is cold to the touch, like glass.
• It does not scratch with use, unlike acrylic which dulls over time.
• It is perfectly transparent, without the bluish or yellowish haze of plastic.
